Common sleep problems
Insomnia. Difficulty falling asleep or waking up during the night and being unable to fall back to sleep, leading to daytime sleepiness.
Sleep Apnea. When breathing stops briefly during sleep.
Snoring. May accompany apnea.
Restless Leg Syndrome. Involuntary jerking movements of the legs or feet in early phases of sleep.
Narcolepsy. Falling asleep suddenly during the day even after adequate nighttime sleep.
