Snoring may interfere with a person's sleep, but new research shows it may also contribute to another problem, bronchitis.
Researchers in Korea followed over 4,000 men and women for 4 years.
People who snored six to seven times a week were nearly 70 percent more likely to develop bronchitis.
The association was strongest in people who never smoked, who worked at home or who were overweight.
Researchers say the link between snoring and bronchitis is unknown. They hope to do more studies.
